Reed Education Sussex is looking for a teaching assistant to join a team in Hastings. The school has a strong vision of excellence, resilience and aspiration. As a learning support assistant, you will work closely with the teachers and students in the classroom, as well as in small groups or one-to-one sessions. You will assist with the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons, as well as with the assessment and feedback of students’ work. You will also support the pastoral care and behaviour management of the students.
