1. 5+ years PQE gained at a reputable firm
2. Experience handling commercial litigation matters such as breach of contract, misrepresentation, sale of goods and supply of services issues, consumer credit claims, unpaid invoices, agency claims, director issues, minority shareholder claims, and partnership disputes
