We are currently seeking a Contract Associate Manager to join our Legal and Commercial Services team. You’ll work alongside Accenture’s sales and delivery teams, supporting every stage of the contract lifecycle while helping to manage commercial risk and maximize value for our clients.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts.
- Partner with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities, strategies, and opportunities.
- Support performance management of contract management staff.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve contract and commercial risks.
- Participate in pre-award sales activity, deal shaping, and contract drafting with sales and delivery teams.
- Build trusted relationships with our clients as the go-to commercial partner.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- A strong track record of working within contract management.
- Experience conducting and overseeing investigations (compliance, employment, governmental) and reporting to senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of local compliance risks, employee rights, obligations, and related laws.
- Proven expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Familiarity with commercial contracting regulations, principles, subcontracting practices, and terms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with executives at all levels.
- Membership in World Commerce & Contracting (WCC) or NCMA (a plus).
