SSE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Direct Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Handling customer inquiries
- Assisting with sales reports
- Point of contact for all Business Energy SME Sales partner queries, supporting them in their field sales activities
- Ensuring all necessary onboard and re-contracting processes are followed and providing assistance to customers where necessary
- Providing administrative assistance to the sales and retention team to include quality checking
- Carrying out administrative duties for the wider SME Direct Sales Team to support efficient and accurate processing of sales contracts
- Assisting with the updating of KPIs and sales reporting for various sales channels
- Ensuring all back office and QA standards are being maintained, in line with corporate governance standards
- Supporting internal quality monitoring processes to ensure desired corporate and regulatory standards are maintained
- Providing team back up in the running of reporting from SFA system for commercial sales agents
- Assisting with the distribution of weekly product information to ensure all agents and brokers have all the correct product pricing
- Working with SME direct sales team to deliver effective sales prospecting and data capture
- Supporting other tasks within the team, as directed by management such as cheque lodgments & AR processing, commission reporting, renewal queries and post
