Position Overview: Site Agent
Rate: £400 - £450 per day Umbrella
Location: Tring
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary onsite contact, managing a team of approximately 15–20 individuals.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures, which includes maintaining site records and issuing permits.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of site activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage an experienced supply chain and direct delivery resources.

- Managing subcontractor workforce

Requirements:
- Black or gold CSCS card
- SMSTS certification
- Experience with sheet/silent piling
- First aid certificate
- Temporary works coordinator/supervisor experience
- Reservoir experience (preferred)
- NEC4 experience
- Confined space awareness
General Experience:
- Proficiency in deep drainage
- Experience working on reservoirs
- Proven ability to oversee a team and serve as the lead onsite contact
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination
- Solid understanding of work programs and the ability to ensure timely completion
