Interaction Recruitment are currently seeking Cut & Crease operatives to work with an established manufacturing client in St Neots. They are looking for candidates to commit to long-term / Temp to Perm work. Those with experience within a manufacturing environment are advantageous; however, full on-site training is provided, so candidates with little experience but the drive to develop their skills will be accepted.
The role duties:
- You will be involved in the production of various products, utilizing manual & automated machinery.
- You will be trained across several areas in the production process.
- Perform visual safety checks before using manual and mechanical equipment.
- Carry out stock level checks & quality control.
- Maintain high standards of site housekeeping in all areas of the factory.
There are development positions working within Print Press Operations, so experience in this sector is also beneficial; however, it is not essential.
