The Manager, Supply Chain Security, will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the security, integrity, and resilience of Group's supply chain operations. This role focuses on the Security of Supply Chain Operations, ensuring that critical materials, technologies, and services are delivered securely and without disruption. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing risks, ensuring compliance, and building resilient supply chain ecosystems in high-stakes industries, such as defense or aerospace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute Group's supply chain security strategy, focusing on securing operations from end to end.
- Align security measures with corporate objectives, national security requirements, and global compliance standards.
- Risk Mitigation and Resilience
- Conduct threat assessments for global supply chain operations, identifying vulnerabilities such as cyber threats, geopolitical risks, and physical disruptions.
- Implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity during supply chain disruptions, including alternative sourcing and logistics routes.
- Mitigate risks associated with critical component sourcing, including counterfeit prevention and supplier vetting.
- Supplier and Partner Oversight
- Develop and enforce security protocols for suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with company standards.
