Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the sales and purchase ledgers accurately and timely.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and payments using Sage (experience essential).
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end processes, including ledger reviews and adjustments.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address and resolve queries.
- Support the wider business with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks.
About You:
- Experience in sales and purchase ledger roles is essential.
- Proficient in Sage accounting software (mandatory).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
