You will schematize and analyze processes in order to subsequently improve them. In addition, you will improve and redesign product chains.

Who

You are a problem solver who loves to be on that borderline between supply chain operations and IT. A project manager who believes the success of a project is measured by the lasting improvement in customer service and operational efficiency (not by the number of meeting invites and board reviews). You ache to go out on the floor when acting as subject matter expert or you are unable to stop improving processes when leading a team. You are a medior eager to further grow as both supply chain expert and people manager or senior looking to coach others and represent Lanark at different customers.

Skills

  • You have experience with a mix of roles in supply chain and logistics, ideally both in operations and in capability or project management – think 5 to 15 years experience.
  • You are a strong communicator, whether on the shop floor or in the board room.
  • You have a strong affinity with IT and systems.
  • You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French; extra languages are a plus.

With our Young Supply Chain Engineer program, we want to focus on a broad basic knowledge to later become an expert in one of the supply chain domains. Lanark was started in 2018 together with Wim Farasyn and is currently based in The Beacon.
