Our Property Team provides planned and reactive maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff across both hotels. We need a Property Team member who will be responsible for painting and decorating across both sites, ensuring the upkeep of all rooms and public spaces, maintaining these to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining the fabrication of both hotels
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to and in-line with normal operating procedures
- General maintenance across both hotels
- Working both within a team and independently, capable of carrying out a range of different maintenance tasks, though your primary responsibility will be the upkeep of both hotels
- Carrying out work while maintaining a clean and tidy area, both during and after work is carried out
- Prioritising effectively and completing tasks to a high standard
- Interacting with our guests and staff
Having a trade qualification or being an experienced maintenance operative will be a requirement.
