Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you'll be part of a team of 3 colleagues and 15 volunteers working at East Pool Mine, which is a mining site within the West Cornwall portfolio. East Pool Mine is one of the National Trust's Small Properties, and so everything we do keeps us close to our visitors, partners, and local community. We offer person-led tours only, so the successful candidate will need to be energetic, outgoing, and flexible with their tasks. In this tiny team, there are many opportunities to make a real difference and shine.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver a great all-round customer service experience.
- Be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need to share the right information.
- Ensure our visitors have the best day they can.
- Be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to social media promotion.
