Location: Hybrid role including national travel

Key Responsibilities for the Health and Safety Trainer:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training programmes tailored to the construction sector, such as the SMSTS Course, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct face-to-face teaching and delivery in groups in a classroom setting on a variety of topics, including Health and Safety within the construction sector, focusing on site work.
- Utilise engaging instructional techniques and materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for participants.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the training process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through participant feedback and assessment results, implementing improvements as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering advice and guidance to colleagues and clients on Construction Health and Safety matters.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our training services and expertise.
Essential Requirements:
- Background in Construction Management
- NEBOSH Certificate or above
- Management Qualification at Level 5 or equivalent, ideal within Construction Site Management
- Teaching Award at level 3 or above is desirable
- Experience delivering Health and Safety Programmes within the Construction Sector
- Flexibility in travel and must hold a Full UK driving license
