Client Support Administrator – Wealth Management

Location: Leicester | Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE | Hybrid Working | Full-Time

The Opportunity:

As Client Support Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring a smooth, compliant client journey from start to finish. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and providers, and a vital link between the advisory and back-office functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications and liaise with product providers to ensure accuracy
  • Support client review preparation, valuations, and servicing
  • Maintain client data across platforms and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide high-quality administrative support post-meeting
  • Assist with suitability reports, cashflow planning, and use of client portals
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements, business projects, and system upgrades

About You:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
  • Confident IT user with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
  • Certificate in Financial Administration (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo Office or Openwork's ConcertHub
