Job Description:
We are currently working with two of the largest providers of external audit services to the UK insurance industry. They advise clients across the insurance sector, including insurance companies, syndicates and other Lloyds entities, mutual insurers, brokers, and agents. They also provide external audit services to asset managers, private equity funds, corporate finance firms, and other FCA authorised businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits in accordance with UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Perform systems and controls testing, substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
- Manage audit projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Experience in auditing within the financial services sector, specifically insurance.
- Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Candidates currently operating at Assistant Manager and Manager levels will be considered for roles at a higher-grade entry point based on experience.
