We’re working with a long-standing, traditional private practice who specialise in all aspects of commercial property including Agency, Valuation and LPA Receivership. Within their highly experienced Surveying team, they are now looking to hire 2 x fresh Graduate Surveyors for their Graduate/APC Programme as follows:

  • Ideally a fresh graduate, or one with minimal previous training in a similar graduate surveying role (i.e. you will have finished your course within the last 2-3 years)
  • RICS Accredited Qualification (Degree, Diploma etc. ideally General Practice – i.e. Real Estate, Estate Management etc.)
  • Living within sensible commuting range of North London / Herts borders
  • Ideally a driver, or at least with a license, but this isn’t a dealbreaker so if you meet all other criteria but don’t drive, you are still encouraged to apply
  • Tech savvy with strong all round IT skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong report writing skills
  • Keen to learn with a genuine interest in Commercial Property

Our client will provide full training enabling APC Completion, with rotation across their teams to meet the requirements of your diary. Our client has a 100% APC pass rate, so the suitable Graduate Surveyor / APC Surveyor can expect some of the best training in the sector. Salary for the successful Graduate Surveyor / APC Surveyor will start around £25k and rise with tenure and responsibility. All training, travel and RICS Fees will be fully funded alongside.
