The Role
As a Property Investment Consultant, you'll be responsible for selling both on-plan and off-plan investment opportunities to clients across the UK and internationally. You'll manage a high volume of warm leads provided daily, while also prospecting and developing new investor relationships through outbound activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with investors to understand their goals and match them with suitable new build opportunities
- Present and promote developments across Manchester and Liverpool
- Manage a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified leads provided by the company
- Proactively source new business through cold outreach and referral networks
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of each investment property
- Provide market insight and consultative advice to both new and seasoned investors
You Will Need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in property investment sales or a similar field
- Proven ability to close deals and hit sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to build rapport quickly
- Motivated by targets and uncapped earnings
