We are seeking a skilled Mastic man/woman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying mastic sealants and adhesives in various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a combination of physical strength, technical skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Apply mastic sealants and adhesives to roofs, walls, and other surfaces as required.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming before application of mastic.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed during the application process.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in masonry techniques and practices.
