Financial Advisor – Kent (Hybrid Working) 📍 Hartley, Kent | 💼 Full-Time | 🏡 Hybrid | 💰 £60,000–£80,000 DOE We are currently working with an established, independent financial planning firm in North West Kent that is looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Financial Advisor. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of remote and office-based work, with the flexibility and autonomy to manage your client relationships while being supported by a small, dedicated team. The Role: As a Financial Advisor, you\’ll be responsible for delivering holistic, independent financial planning services to a loyal and growing client base. You\’ll meet clients to understand their goals, provide tailored advice across pensions, investments, retirement, and estate planning, and ensure long-term financial security. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalised financial planning and wealth management advice Create and manage tailored retirement and investment plans Advise clients on inheritance tax and estate planning strategies Analyse financial data and market trends to inform client portfolios Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results Stay current with market developments and regulatory changes What You’ll Need: Advanced Diploma (Level 6), Ideally Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum requirement) A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a competent Financial Adviser Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected and growing financial planning firm that takes pride in its client-first ethos and supportive internal culture.
