This is a field-based role supporting patients in their homes or local clinics, giving you more time with patients and less time on the ward. If you’re looking for more autonomy, variety, and flexibility we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver patient care and education (face-to-face & virtual)
- Support both children and adult patients
- Build strong relationships with patients, carers, and HCPs
- Use your clinical skills to enhance patient experience
- Report incidents and keep accurate records
- Maintain clinical equipment and supplies
What we’re looking for:
- NMC registered Children’s Nurse (or dual-qualified)
- At least 1 year’s post-registration experience
- Confident working with adults and paediatric patients
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- UK driving licence and IT confidence (Android devices)
