Leveraged Finance Associate

A prestigious US law firm is seeking to strengthen its market-leading Finance practice in London by hiring a junior associate with top-tier experience in Leveraged Finance.

The firm’s dedicated Finance team advises creditors on syndicated and private credit financings across the capital structure, with a particular focus on leveraged finance, private equity finance, and cross-border acquisition finance transactions. Its clients include banks, private capital providers, and other financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified with 0–2 years’ PQE gained at a recognised Leveraged Finance practice. Please note that our client is not currently considering September 2025 NQs for this opportunity. A strong academic background and a stable career history are essential.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-profile, complex transactions and a high level of responsibility, working closely with market-leading partners. The firm offers New York rates and a full benefits package.
