Your New Role as Finance Manager:

• Line management of a small accounts team, providing training and support as required
• Monthly management accounts production
• Preparation of budgets and budget monitoring
• Liaison with external stakeholders including auditors
• Providing financial advice and support to budget holders
• Maintain the rolling financial forecast, highlighting any changes to budget
• Oversee and authorise PO’s and invoices
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations
• Review and develop existing systems and processes

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally with staff supervision/management responsibility. Strong communication and business partnering skills are essential, as this role involves cross-functional communication with various non-finance teams.
