  • Experience of developing in PHP on Linux (preferred not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the algorithm, which is central to the Phaze app, performs optimally.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of the algorithm to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Validate the algorithm using scientific research methodologies to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Refine variables and parameters to optimise the algorithm’s performance.
  • Develop and integrate new components into the algorithm to enhance user experience.
  • Modify the current algorithm or develop new algorithms specifically tailored for shift workers.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the algorithm’s functionality and theoretical foundations.

Compensation: £175 - £250 per day + significant share equity package (to be discussed and based on candidate suitability).

Commitment: Initially required for two days per week, with the potential for the role to expand to a full-time position by 2026.
