As we continue to enhance our processes and project delivery, we are seeking a Digital Transformation Engineer to support our digital initiatives. What You'll Do: As our Digital Transformation Engineer, you will lead the deployment of digital solutions that improve the way we work across construction projects. You will focus on improving operational performance by creating and managing digital systems, dashboards and Power BI reports that track key business metrics and processes. You will also support the development of solutions using programming languages and PowerApps and software integrations enabling seamless integration of data systems. Your role will involve optimizing how we visualize and interact with data, ensuring that decision-making is driven by accurate, real-time insights. You will enhance user engagement, user experience, ensure data security and compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support the integration of digital solutions to improve efficiency across all levels of the business. With travel across multiple construction sites in the UK, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, you’ll help shape the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Work with business leaders and the OpEx Team to identify areas for improvement and create digital solutions that enhance core business KPIs, optimize routines, and streamline processes across the organization.
- Digital Integration & Dashboard Development: Build dynamic Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights into project performance, operational efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Programming & Data Integration: Use programming languages such as JSON, Python, and other relevant technologies including AI to integrate data systems and enhance the functionality of digital solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure digital solutions are compliant with business policies and legislation. Ensure relevant audits are performed, manage actions and relevant reporting requirements.

- Programming, Power BI & Data Analytics Skills: Expertise with programming languages, creating Power BI dashboards and using data analytics tools to analyse business KPIs and process performance. Ability to create actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Digital Transformation Management Skills: Ability to manage the deployment of digital tools and systems across multiple projects and sites, ensuring they meet operational needs and enhance business performance.

Salary and benefits: The salary for this role is competitive and comes with the following benefits:
- Financial benefits: Competitive salary reviewed annually, Pension based on minimum of 5% from employee, 7.5% from KAEFER, Discretionary, non-contractual, company bonus scheme (annual), Long term service reward, Life cover (x3 annual salary), Company Discount Scheme (Pluxee).
