About Our Client

Job Description

• Taking ownership of technical accounting and tax matters.
• Continuous review and improvement of internal procedures and controls.
• Development of reporting systems to support business growth and initiatives.
• Oversee the group-wide statutory audit, including LLP consolidated financial statements and subsidiary accounts.
• Responsible for maintaining partner schedules to manage profit share entitlements and drawings, as well as administration of quarterly distributions, new members, etc.
• Work with external accountants on preparation and review of LLP partnership tax computation and return.
• Liaise with the firm\’s external accountants for the preparation of annual partner tax provisions/reserves.
• Treasury management and implementing treasury strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partnership Accountant should have:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Understanding of Limited Liability Partnership / Professional Services.
• Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
