We are looking for an experienced production merchandiser to manage the end-to-end apparel production process post-order placement with the supply base, ensuring adherence to the critical path, maintaining product quality standards, and achieving on-time delivery. This role requires close monitoring of production milestones, proactive issue resolution, and effective internal communication to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the production timeline from order placement to final delivery, ensuring all milestones are met in line with the agreed critical path.
- Liaise daily with suppliers and manufacturers to track production progress, resolve delays, and maintain delivery schedules.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet specified standards, coordinating with QA teams and taking corrective action when needed.
- Maintain and update weekly delivery status reports. Highlight any risks to timelines or quality and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide timely updates to relevant internal teams including Buying, Planning, and Logistics. Escalate and act on production issues promptly.
- Anticipate and resolve production bottlenecks, material shortages, or capacity issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ensure all production documentation is accurate, up to date, and meets internal and regulatory requirements.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in apparel production or merchandising.
