M&A Vice President

We have partnered with a leading M&A advisory boutique to assist in the search for a Vice President / Associate Director to join their expanding London team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected, employee-owned firm that specialises in advising creative focused business. Deals are primarily on sell-side transactions for owner-managed businesses, typically in the £20 million to £100 million range. The business has a strong reputation for its sector depth, strategic insight, and high-quality execution. This position is a critical hire and sits at the core of their deal execution capability. The firm is offering brilliant progression opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing M&A transactions from origination through to completion

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships with founders and senior stakeholders

• Conducting financial modelling, valuations, and preparing high-impact marketing materials including information memoranda and presentations

• Supporting the development of the firm\’s pipeline through involvement in origination and pitch processes

• Managing and mentoring junior team members to support their development

• Working closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements

• Contributing to broader firm initiatives, including internal projects and market visibility efforts

Skills and experience required:

• You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with 4 years of relevant M&A lead advisory post-qualification experience at an accounting firm, or currently working at an M&A boutique.

• A strong track record of delivering mid-market transactions

• Excellent financial modelling and commercial analysis skills

• Experience working with owner-managed businesses and an understanding of the unique dynamics they present

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at a senior level

• A collaborative approach, with leadership capabilities and the desire to help grow a high-performing team
