Health and Safety Manager (Manufacturing/Distribution) – Rugby, Warwickshire Hybrid working – £50,000 per annum plus benefits A hugely successful and well-established global organisation that operates within the manufacturing and distribution sector are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their HR team. This role reports to the Director of HR and the main focus is to maintain H&S compliance according to relevant legislation across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated Health and Safety professional to lead the Health and Safety team to promote a positive safety culture, drive continuous improvement and maintain Health and Safety as the Companys number one priority. As Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible for managing a small team andmaintaining accreditation to OHSAS:18001 Health and Safety Management Systems; you will work to reviewthis organisations H&S policy and ensure it is delivered within the relevant scope of the OH&S management system. You will ensure the emergency and response processes are sufficiently defined; periodically testing and reviewing the procedures where necessary.
