Job Description:
We are seeking a HR Business Process Manager to support the process design and implementation phases of a new HR technology system for a leading eCommerce client. The role involves re-engineering the connection between HR and their Systems Integration team to ensure seamless integration of the new HR technology.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in re-engineering and process designing/mapping HR systems
- Oracle HCM experience, ideally Oracle Fusion
- Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders
- Experience managing the design and implementation of HR systems
This is an initial 6-month contract role offering a daily rate of £600 (Outside IR35). The working structure is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the client\’s London office and the remaining days remote.
