They are seeking a Business Analyst/Testing Support to work on a contract supporting HR transformation using SuccessFactors, focusing on Recruitment and Onboarding modules. The role involves increasing software understanding to enhance functionality and usage within the company. Responsibilities Update process taxonomy describing all in-scope HR processes and their impact by EC implementation. Describe impacts outside Employee Central and indicate out-of-scope processes. Review workflow impacts, event notifications, and integrations related to Employee Central. Use employee experience principles to guide process and technology design. Design HR Target Operating Model (TOM) processes, building on existing principles for HRSS, HRBP, and COE. Create journey designs for core processes such as movers, leavers, and life events. Facilitate discussions and document functional requirements for module integration. Develop position papers for key design decisions, outlining problems, options, dependencies, benefits, costs, impacts, and recommendations. Determine data retention and usage needs. Add requirements into the Requirement Traceability Matrix and communicate to the system integrator. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver business and technical requirements. Lead or contribute to business process discovery, analysis, reengineering, and documentation. Identify risks early and communicate to the project manager. Qualifications Degree level education (desirable). Experience in two Employee Central full lifecycle projects, including ONB 2.0, RCM, and RMK (desirable). Experience in HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors products (essential). Recruitment and Onboarding module experience. Change management experience. Technical writing skills to translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams.
