Our client, a high-profile International Food Group with exciting expansion plans, has engaged QLM Search to recruit a Strategy Manager. This is a unique position within the group, focusing on key strategic projects and M&A ventures. The role plays a critical part in executing the company's growth agenda.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the senior leadership team to develop, enhance, and communicate company strategy across international markets;
  • Supporting regional management teams to implement key changes, support decision-making, and lead change and transformation processes that impact performance;
  • Using analytical and planning skills to provide insights into key trends, opportunities, and threats to deliver the strategic plan;
  • Building stakeholder relationships across all functions and influencing behaviour through clear analysis and presentation.

Qualifications and experience:

To qualify, candidates must have a proven track record in strategic roles within EMEA or Asia Pacific regions, ideally within complex international groups. Experience in leading the development and implementation of company strategy across complex, matrix-structured businesses in both established and emerging markets is essential. Candidates with backgrounds in management consulting and corporate environments, who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering operational change, are preferred. Strong leadership and presentation skills, along with the ability to travel internationally, are required.
