Excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with Electrical engineering and/or power distribution products knowledge who can successfully build effective customer-focussed business relationships and provide world-class customer service across Europe, MEA and Asia regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer enquiries, develop suitable technical solutions, create and submit technical quotations and support the external Sales Team.
- Focus on the sale of company products in Europe, MEA and Asia regions.
- Build relationships with both customer and inter departmental personnel.
- Work closely with key customers to provide world class customer service. Maintain high customer satisfaction by identifying, understanding, and promptly addressing customers’ needs.
- Be the ‘go to’ point of contact for product-orientated customer enquiries.
- Manage customer enquiries from receipt of enquiry through order and delivery.
- Support other team members wherever necessary to achieve business goals and targets.
- Execute KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise customer service levels.
- Support the business External Sales teams with product understanding and sales support.
- Travel may be required up to 20% of time; dependent upon business needs.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant engineering field or equivalent level of experience.
- Relevant Electrical engineering background and/or products knowledge.
- 2-4 years of relevant inside sales or customer service experience.
- Creative & analytical problem-solver with outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal), follow-up skills, organisational skills, and the ability to work across functions to address customer issues.
- Demonstrated flexibility and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Collaborative Team worker.
- Focussed on commercial outcomes and delivering value for money.
- Ability to deliver at pace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SAP and CRMs systems (Desirable).
