• Salary: £49,764 – £53,888 per annum

The role involves managing residential services for older people, including intermediate care, long-term care, and daytime support services. You will report to the Senior Service Manager or Head of Service and oversee multiple services across geographical areas.

Applicants should possess or be working towards a relevant care qualification (e.g., CSS, CQSW, DipSW, HNC/D, NVQ5) and have at least two years of managerial experience in a care setting. Strong communication skills, leadership, and a proven track record in team development and service quality are essential.
