FLT Reach Driver

The Role

As an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will:

• Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve goods within our high-bay racking system
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for dispatch
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all H&S regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manoeuvre reach trucks in narrow-aisle environments
• Complete electronic pick lists using handheld scanners or sheets
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Valid FLT (reach truck) licence and up-to-date training certificate – In house licenses accepted
• Proven experience in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet productivity targets
• Strong commitment to health & safety best practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-player attitude

Working Hours :

4 on 4 off 07:00-19:00 (this is inclusive of weekends)

Salary – £12.50 per hour
