Workplace & Operations Lead | Integrated Facilities Management | Permanent
Location: London
Role summary:
We are seeking a Workplace & Operations Lead for JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management business. This role involves working closely with the Regional Account Director(s) to enhance the operations experience for our client’s employees, focusing on data quality, team integration, developing tools, and training to deliver high levels of customer service and operational excellence. The role also manages reporting, technology, and risk management across the account.
The candidate should possess effective communication skills, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and management experience. Some overseas travel may be required.
What this job involves:
Account Performance Management
- Manage account performance through KPI frameworks, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead transformation programs and ensure process consistency and efficiency.
Governance
- Ensure compliance with SLA’s and KPI’s, develop policies, and standardize processes.
Reporting
- Deliver all client reports, manage account plans, and analyze performance data.
Employee Engagement
- Drive engagement initiatives, succession planning, training, and communication strategies.
Leadership
- Oversee the Helpdesk team and vendor management.
Data Quality
- Develop and oversee datasets, manage tools like Smartsheets, and support asset management and sustainability initiatives.
You need to be:
- Self-motivated, confident, and energetic.
- Flexible and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills in English and local language.
