Located near Hampton, Feltham, and Teddington, it caters to children aged 5-19 with various learning and behavioral needs, all with Education Health Care Plans (EHCP). The school provides a safe environment for students experiencing high anxiety levels, which may affect focus and behavior.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and supervise children’s behaviour during the school day and support their learning and participation in class.
  • Work with individual students, small groups, or classes both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Encourage social skills development and support students’ individual needs.
  • Help build confidence and motivation among students.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as an active team member.
  • Maintain progress records.
  • Support safeguarding regulations.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge or keen interest in learning and behavioral needs.
  • Good education levels in English and Maths; A Levels preferred.
