Role Overview

This position is part of the Commercial Operation team, responsible for executing strategic inventory objectives through data analytics, managing the inbound supply chain, and optimizing inventory and product allocation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Consignment and Supply team, overseeing the inbound supply chain, inventory management in SAP, and deployment to customers.
  2. Prepare and analyze inventory and asset utilization reports, leveraging PowerBI dashboards.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders on inventory strategies and lifecycle management.
  4. Identify opportunities for inventory redeployment and optimize stock levels, including managing restricted stocks.
  5. Administer inventory adjustments in SAP and develop KPIs using SAP, Power BI, and other tools.
  6. Lead process reviews and develop optimization strategies, supporting key projects.
  7. Maintain product knowledge and perform user acceptance testing as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong teamwork and people management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling large workloads independently.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on inventory efficiency.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexibility to adapt.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in a scientific discipline or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in sales, marketing, or logistics within the medical device sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, SFDC, and Business Warehouse.
  • Knowledge of orthopaedic consignment management processes.

Travel Requirements

Travel as needed.
