Shipping Litigator

***International law firm is looking to hire a Shipping Disputes Solicitor***

Opportunity to be part of the strategic growth plans of the London office working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of complex, high-value disputes such as:

• Shipping contracts, including charterparty, bill of lading, shipbuilding, MOA, and cargo sale contract claims
• Shipping casualties, such as collisions and groundings
• Commercial arbitration and High Court litigation

Advising clients across the globe, including shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, H&M insurers, and cargo traders with the autonomy to manage cases from inception to resolution.

You can have the freedom to work from the London office or remotely from anywhere in the UK, meeting in London when required to attend meetings and arbitrations. The firm offers a collaborative working environment with offices across the globe and a modest hourly target of 1350. In return the firm offers competitive salary, bonus and private healthcare.
