One of our largest clients within the Social Hosing market are currently looking to employ Mobile Electrician covering the Dover area on long term temporary Contracts with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
Duties:

To undertake installation, service, repair, and maintenance of a broad range of domestic properties

Responsible for fault finding, diagnosis and repair of electrical installations, systems, equipment, and components

Assist the building maintenance teams as necessary with electrical aspects of installation, alteration, refurbishment, and maintenance work

Providing excellent professional customer service to tenants

Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions as required.

Process all tasks/works electronically utilising a hand held device (PDA). This includes, but not limited to, worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence of works before / during / after, van stock replenishment etc

Minimum L2 & L3 Craft qualifications, NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation preferred

City & Guilds 18th Edition (If you have 17th edition you can work through your 18th edition)

Maintenance /repairs experience

Social Housing experience preferable

Excellent communication skills
