Role & Responsibilities:

To deliver an induction face to face or via a virtual meeting room to all new employees of the organisation which includes the delivery of all mandatory training courses.

To work with the Learning & Development Lead and effectively update any training materials as required, ensuring the delivery method and hand outs are up to date.

To update and maintain training and development records, including the eLearning and HR systems and Mandatory Training Report.

To work with the Learning & Development Lead in ensuring both Mandatory, Additional and New Starter training compliance is maintained within the expected KPI percentage levels.

To ensure that all personal training qualifications and accreditations are placed in the HR system, and if completed through the organisation funding is secured.

To ensure accurate and timely data input, using manual and/or computerised systems (spreadsheets/databases) and to produce reports as required.

Hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Experience working in the Health and Social Care sector.

Excellent (Level 3) English and good maths skills.

Training qualification PTTLS (Level 3) or equivalent
