Our client, a large commercial fire and security company, is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Supervisor to join their growing team. Offering a competitive salary between £42,000 – £48,000 per annum, this role involves leading and developing a team of engineers focused on electronic security systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service and reactive calls, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring exceptional levels of customer service.
You will be tasked with monitoring KPIs to maximize team efficiency, providing high levels of technical support, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with other supervisors to uphold company values. For this role, candidates must be based in and around Watford.
