We are seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join a leading contract catering team delivering exceptional food for a prestigious international client based near Leatherhead, Surrey.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing culinary operation focused on quality, innovation, and service excellence. With Monday to Friday daytime hours, no evenings or weekends, and free bus transport to site, this role offers a fantastic work–life balance in a professional and supportive environment.

The Role:

• Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations for both staff dining and corporate hospitality

• Contribute to the creation of modern, seasonal menus that reflect global food trends

• Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet the highest standards

• Help lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic brigade

About You:

• Proven experience in a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous role, ideally within contract catering or hotel/restaurant environments

• A passion for fresh, innovative food and customer-focused service

• Organised, hands-on, and confident leading a team in a high-volume setting

• Committed to excellence in both kitchen standards and client relationships
