Field Service Engineer

All Square Recruitment are working with a market leader in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated drive-through car wash systems. We are hiring a professional and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role offering independence, variety, and strong long-term development. Location Focus: Between Redhill and Bromley Key Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment at customer sites * Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults, minimising equipment downtime * Deliver professional, courteous service to clients at all times * Work independently while managing time and service tasks efficiently * Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly * Communicate progress and updates to the Regional Service Manager * Develop confidence using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office tools Key Requirements: * Mechanical engineering background, either via formal training or hands-on experience * Strong diagnostic and repair skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on the road * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Flexible approach to travel and varied working environments * Full UK driving licence is essential What’s On Offer: * Salary – £35,000 per annum * Company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and all necessary tools provided * Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development * Opportunity to work with a respected and growing company in a specialised sector * Shortlisted candidates will first be invited to an online interview, with successful applicants progressing to a final stage meeting with the Senior Management Team in Dunmow, Essex
