About the Role
As a Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth course operations, handling logistics, supporting delegates, and liaising with trainers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating online and face-to-face training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery
- Managing delegate bookings, refunds, transfers, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Acting as the main point of contact for delegates, providing outstanding customer service
- Supporting trainers with contracts, training materials, and logistical requirements
- Monitoring course evaluations and maintaining accurate records to improve processes
