Head of Human Resources Operations sought for a leading global Financial Services organisation on a key senior HR appointment – Head of HR Operations. This is a strategic and high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape and drive the people agenda across core corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Risk, and more. You'll work closely with senior executives to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, influence culture, and lead change in a dynamic, international environment.
