Atrium EMEA are looking for several Clinical Supply Chain Managers to support a Global Pharmaceutical client in Uxbridge, on a Trial Supplies programme. These roles are all PAYE for 6 months, with 50% onsite work required. Previous Pharmaceutical experience is required alongside global drug development process/regulations.
Essential:
- Pharma industry related experience.
- Clinical Supplies/Development with global experience or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.
- Proficient and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as project management.
- Forecasting and planning as well as manufacturing, packaging & labelling, IVRS, logistics, quality and/or stability.
- Understanding of import/export requirements.
- Knowledge of IVRS and CTMS systems is helpful.
- Applies and drives forecasting and planning activity as it relates to protocol.
- Ability to build/drive internal team consensus.
- Translates broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
- Conflict resolution (manages disagreements).
- Negotiation (manages execution, results driven, analysis of issues, effective speaking, builds relationships).
- Influencing (manages influencing others).
- Coaching and mentoring (fosters teamwork).
