What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Taking care of deliverable content as per client needs
• Resolving project-related issues
• Completing tasks for greenfield implementations
• Offering innovative solutions to simple problems

What You\’ll Bring to the Role:

• Knowledge and experience in administering salesforce.com
• Exposure to technical concepts such as programming, relational databases, cloud computing, etc.
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts
• Good command of English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK
• Salesforce.com experience
