Role Overview:

The Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect will take a hands-on approach in IT projects, specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud, defining best practices, and executing technical implementations requiring high expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
2. Lead technical design sessions, architect, and document solutions in line with sales objectives.
3. Analyze complex systems, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
4. Guide development teams to adhere to architectural standards.
5. Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders for cohesive solutions.
6. Understand platform limitations and design workarounds.
7. Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce for additional benefits.
8. Estimate effort and resources required for capabilities based on requirements and design.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in IT solution development.
• Experience with diverse technologies, especially sales-related.
• Understanding of technology trends and their application to business models.
• Knowledge of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
• Experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Data savvy, with knowledge of integration, network, and security architecture.
