As they continue to scale their digital capabilities, they are looking to bring in a Senior Yardi Systems Analyst to support the optimisation, integration, and innovation of their Yardi platform across multiple regions.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the support and configuration of Yardi Voyager modules.
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective Yardi workflows and system improvements.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, global teams, and external vendors.
- Manage system upgrades, patch testing, and rollout coordination.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across Yardi and integrated platforms.
- Provide advanced reporting support, including custom reports and dashboards using Yardi SQL/SSRS.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and user guides.
- Deliver training and system support to users across multiple departments and regions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimisation and automation.
Role Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including front- and back-end configuration.
