• Project Manager – £75k-£95k + full benefits package
• Site Manager – £60k-£75k with full benefits package

The Opportunities

• Project Manager: Lead and direct the onsite project team, typically as No.1, reporting to a Project Director or Contracts Manager. Project values from £5m to £10m.
• Responsibilities include programming using Power Project software, managing site activities, liaising with clients and professionals, and overseeing projects during all stages.
• Site Manager: Manage a project of approximately £9m, reporting to a Project Manager who splits time between site and office.
