Our client, a leading commercial fire and security company, is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Supervisor to join their Quoted Works Team. Offering a competitive salary between £42,000 – £48,000 per annum, this role involves supervising and developing a team of engineers focused on installation and small works projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery, technical compliance, and customer service.

In this role, you will monitor KPIs to maximize team efficiency, provide technical support, manage quality assurance, and collaborate with the Project Management Team. You will also be responsible for resource allocation and onsite support, focusing on the effective delivery of fire and security solutions. For this role, candidates must be based in and around Watford.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation and small works within the fire and security industry.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.

  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

  • Ability to pass security clearance for industry-specific contracts.

  • Basic salary between £42,000 – £48,000 per annum.

  • 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.

  • 9-day working fortnight.

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 35 days with service, plus Bank Holidays.
